Abstract

The implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System can increase employee productivity so that effective and efficient company performance can be achieved so that it can increase the company's competitiveness. Human Resource Characteristics have an effect on Organizational Characteristics with an original sample value of 0.366 and p values of 0.001.
