The Influence of Job Training, Organizational Culture, and Career Development on ASN Performance at SMA Negeri 12 Medan
Abstract
The development of digital technology and artificial intelligence has changed the way ASN carry out their work, including in the management of administration and education services, so that the ability to adapt, work effectively, and build a responsive work culture is increasingly important. This study analyzes the role of job training, organizational culture, and career development on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at SMA Negeri 12 Medan, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population as well as the research sample amounted to 68 ASN. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests which included normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, as well as multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and determination coefficients. The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously, job training, organizational culture, and career development had a significant effect on the performance of ASN at SMA Negeri 12 Medan. The determination coefficient value of 0.603 showed that the three independent variables were able to explain 60.3% of the variation in ASN performance, while the other 39.7% were influenced by other factors outside the study.
