Exploration of Employee Performance Through Personality, Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture With Employee Involvement as Mediators at PT Pelindo Multi Terminal

This study aims to explore the factors that affect employee performance through the perspective of personality, leadership style, and organizational culture, with employee involvement as a mediator variable in PT Pelindo Multi Terminal. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation of a number of key informants consisting of structural and functional employees. The results show that proactive employee personalities, transformational leadership styles, and organizational cultures that support collaboration contribute positively to increased work engagement. High employee engagement, in turn, proves to be an important link in driving individual and team performance. This study suggests the need to strengthen an inclusive work culture and leadership development that encourages active employee participation as a sustainable performance improvement strategy.
