The Effect of Supply Chain Strategy on the Efficiency of Drug Product Distribution at Pt Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories
Keywords:
Supply Chain Integration, Supply Chain Collaboration, Distribution EfficiencyAbstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of supply chain integration and supply chain collaboration on drug distribution efficiency at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. The method used in this study is quantitative with an associative approach. Then, the sample in this study was 40 respondents who were taken with saturated sampling techniques. Then, data collection was carried out through a Likert scale questionnaire which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that supply chain integration had a positive and significant effect on distribution efficiency, which was proven by the results of the t-test with a t-value of 2,698 > t table 1,685 and a significance of 0.04 < 0.05. Then, supply chain collaboration also has a positive and significant effect on distribution efficiency, with a t-value of 2,123 > t table 1,685 and a significance of 0.04 < 0.05. Simultaneously, supply chain integration and supply chain collaboration have been shown to have a significant effect on distribution efficiency, which is shown by the F value of 3.72 > F table 2.86 with a significance of 0.03 < 0.05. An R2 value of 76.7% indicates that the two variables have a strong contribution in explaining the distribution efficiency at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, while the remaining 23.3% is influenced by other factors outside the study.
