Determinants of Employee Performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate and work environment on employee performance with work quality as an intervening variable at BPJS Employment Aceh. The population of this study consisted of all 99 employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Aceh. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, in which the entire population was used as the research sample. This study employed a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that organizational climate and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work quality. In addition, work quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and is able to mediate the influence of organizational climate and work environment on employee performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that improving a conducive organizational climate and work environment, accompanied by high work quality, can enhance employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Aceh
